Coastal Walk at Seahouses

After the long stay at Dunstanburgh Castel I checked into the nearby camping site and had a good rest. Afterwards I drove to Seahouses and had a long walk along the coast. Despite the weather being dull and grey it was great. The fossilised tree looking like an alligator was a tip from Ian Johnston´s book "Northumberland Rocks". The small birds are Stone Chats. The Heron was by far the biggest Heron I have ever seen. The lone house at the rocky shore called Rumbling Kern is the Bathing House built in Victorian times for Earl Grey of Howick Hall.
