Glencoe Lochan

I drove towards Glencoe through a fierce snowstorm and decided to go to Glencoe Lochan with its sheltered parking lot where I could have my packed lunch in the car. An hour later the snowstorm was over and the weather was fine again. I walked up to Glencoe Lochan and took a few good shots in the unusual winter setting. Instead of going back into Glencoe I drove up the small track that used to be the main road through the Glencoe valley until the A82 was built. I wanted to have a look at Torren Lochan. See last photo. Quite a change from the nice summer shot with the meadows full of flowers that is in E.Bowness´s guide book.
