Rosalind and I were on our way back from Hexham when we took the detour via Coalcleugh to do some ancestry research. It was already late in the evening although the sky is still deep blue when the Barn Owl flew past the road. Great experience. First time for Rosalind to see a Barn Owl that clearly.
