Glen Sligachan is a long valley that divides the Black Cuillin from the Red Cuillin. The Sligachan Hotel is at the foot of the Glen right next to the old Bridge. On the first dawn shoot we walked up towards Allt Dearg Cottage to a waterfall which has the peaks of Sgurr Nan Gillean as background. It was necessary to stand right at the edge of the rocky pool to be able to catch the whole waterfall. It than was difficult to catch the mountains plus the sky above in landscape orientation. I was regretting not to have taken my 10mm lens with me....
