In an old book from Rosalind´s parents I found a photo of this great view written underneath: "A prospect of the city from a mile to the east , by Old Durham farm". I studied the map and on my way back from Marsden I managed to find the spot where the photo was taken from. The view is great and ideal for sunset. I tried out several places where to place the camera and used different focal lengths. Since the sky was dull the photos look better in B+W. I definitely will be back in better light.
