The meadow is directly below the small lane leading away from Millshield back towards the Reservoir Dam and is part of my usual bike route around the lake. The clouds were developing more and more while I waited for the sunset. I shifted the position of the tripod a few times to get a better composition which was quite easy in the open field. After I was done with the static sunset shots I took my tele-lens and enjoyed to be a free agent without the tripod. The last shot of the sunset was done with the tele-lens when I noticed that the geese were quite excited anticipating the bad weather. I got a few good shots of the geese with the dramatic clouds as backdrop.
