Goldsborough Fell

In the morning I drove to Goldsborough Fell (One of the two Fells I spotted when I was at Percy Mire Rock a few days earlier). I had a short stop over at Hury Reservoir and took some photos with my target in the background. I drove on across the dam, further along the reservoir and parked along the cul de sac road to Hannah´s Nature Reserve in a small layby just underneath Goldsborough Fell (marked on the map). A short steep climb gives you great views from the top. You can go all around the Plateau and have different sceneries. On the side away from the Reservoir you can walk just underneath the rock formation. The Pennine Way passes just behind the Fell. On Photo # 12 you can make out an approaching couple who told me that they were walking the entire Pennine Way in 12 stages.
